We offer an array of floor plans and bedroom options to fit everyone's needs; many with private bedrooms and bathrooms. Through our roommate matching profile, we can easily place your child with someone with similar likes and personality. We help take the guess work out of "Who should I live with?"

Furnished or Unfurnished

All of our student housing properties come with a stylish furniture package, if desired. This is an economical way to furnish your child's apartment/bedroom and not have to worry about moving or storage. All they need to bring is any personal items to show off their personality.

Student Housing Solutions is fully automated and allows you to pay rent online, set up monthly auto payments, update contact information, submit a maintenance request, and learn about upcoming events! This is a great way for both you and your child to stay connected to their community.
